Embroider Your Christmas: A Table Runner Made by You

There is a beautiful way to prepare for Christmas: making something with our hands, setting screens aside, and enjoying time together. I invite you to join me for an in-person Mery's Moment workshop in Balbisiana, Madrid.

• Level: beginners; no embroidery experience is required

What We Will Do

We will learn how to start and embroider a Christmas-inspired table runner, playing with stitches, colors, and small motifs that add personality to a special table. We will work together at our own pace, without striving for perfection. As this is a handcrafted project, you may need some additional time at home to finish it.

A complete experience: two hours of embroidery personally guided by María, breakfast at Balbisiana, and a limited-edition Mery's Moment box, created especially for this gathering with Liberty London fabrics, which you will receive at the workshop. You do not need to bring any embroidery tools.

I have prepared a limited edition for those who will share this morning with me: a Mery's Moment box with Liberty London fabrics, selected for the experience of embroidering a Christmas table runner. Each box is carefully prepared by people with disabilities at Casa Santa Teresa in Spain. I will hand it to you during the workshop so you can work with its materials and continue your project afterward at your own pace.

The Space Where We Will Meet

We will gather in the bright space of Balbisiana, Madrid, to have breakfast, chat, and embroider at leisure. The exact address is still pending confirmation and will be provided to registered participants before the gathering.
